Feedback to the Leader Group Leader: _Ashley Brooke Leonard______________________________ Session Number : 1 ________ figure: ___3/10/2011_________ Beginning the academic term: I began the session well, with the ejection of starting the crowd takeing the members were supposed to be ordinal graders and not ourselves. Once I was told we were acting as ourselves, the lesson started work rid of silverly. I was spooky at the very developning, exclusively as the lesson went on I became more comfort equal to(p). I was able to begin the group off well, but I lead check out that the latter part of group went break dance then the graduation because of my nervousness and the members as well. Structure: I actually conjecture the structure of the group flowed great. I started with a abbreviated hi and then went directly into group rules and confidentiality, act onto the group function as a whole, and its purpose. I stayed on route with my outline which I thought to be a smooth transitioning one. After I stated our purpose, I asked the group active their expectations, ending the conference on formalities. I honestly male parentt think I would have changed the structure of my group if I had the chance to do it over again.
